Spray paint your house on the Costa Blanca

Spanish painter decoratorIf you are fed up with paying “Pepe” each year to brush on some poor quality paint to your house in Spain, inst it about time that you had something more durable, weatherproof and long lasting instead?

Painting the house each year, in Spain, can be a back breaking and arduous task, even for the most experienced painter. The relentless hot sun beating down on you means that its also a slow process and can take some time to paint even the most humble of villas, chalets or casitas.

Your home in Spain, whether you live here all the year round or just come here to enjoyed long and lazy holidays, is probably one of your most valuable assets and, even in a down market, its important to protect your investment for the future.

The rain in Spain…..

Everyone who has spent time here in Spain knows that it isnt hot and sunny all year round, so what happens when it rains and your exterior house walls are poorly protected with cheap paint?

The rain soaks into your walls and, if you have solid walls only, you will know that this them comes into the house, usually lifting the cheap coating of plaster on the internal walls too. This means that if your walls are not weatherproofed, your house is having untold damage done to it, which if not sorted out, will get worse and worse.

After the plaster inside starts lifting, along with the internal paint becoming “powder” like, spots of mould can start to appear on the inside walls. Not only does this emit an unpleasant smell, it can also be bad for you too.

Damp in houses is your warning sign……..

When the damp starts to appear along with the mould, black spots start to appear on the walls. This mould is an organic and TOXIC  plant form which propagates itself and spreads by emitting microscopic “spores” (toxic pollen like substance) which are carried in the air inside the house. These black spores are dangerous to your health, not only yours, but your animals health too if you keep pets.

This toxic mould substance is breathed in through the air and can be worse for you than smoking as the spores then attach themselves aggressively, to your nasal passages and eventually into the linings of your lungs.

Yes, i am being serious.

If your home has these issues, do NOT take it lightly; you HAVE to do something about the damp to cure it, even if it is not by our company, but just get the damp sorted.

If in Doubt, email the NEVER PAINT AGAIN SPAIN team who can offer advice.

So what can NEVER PAINT AGAIN SPAIN do to my house?

Well, not only do our amazing exterior wall coatings cure damp, they also come with a full building repair programme of works which includes any aspect of exterior wall repair or maintenance. Such tasks our teams get involved with are rendering (either repairing render or replacing rendering), damp proofing, alterations, and a whole host of property maintenance issues cured!

Your local painter will NOT do any of this, he or she will simply paint over any cracks, hollow render or mould as they are only “programmed” to paint as part of their job, repairs never get a thought.

This is one reason why having an NPA exterior wall coating instead of a normal paint scheme will bring many benefits over normal paint and the good news is that once our teams apply a coloured spray paint coating to your walls, not only will it not crack under the sun, and will not let damp in, the walls wont crack again, the house will look fabulous and no more painting or repair is needed for up to 15 years!

If this sounds like something you would like to find out more about, simply CONTACT US and explain the problems your house has, and we will call you back with advice, free of charge.

We cover the Spanish coast, from Castellon, through Valencia, all the way down to the Costa Del Sol.
