When British expat homeowners in Spain are concerned that the exterior of the house painted, it is useful to reflect on the fact that the last time you paid someone to do it could be as recent as last year, or most cases, 2 years ago?

The owner should ask themselves after the paint job is completed, questions such as: Did they do a good job? Do they paint and that’s it?
