Watching a house in Spain being painted is usually, as its suggests, about as exciting as watching paint dry (!), however when the NPA team turn up, we get straight to work making the exterior of your home weatherproof and looking fab!

We don’t use normal paints either, we use the highest quality Exterior Wall Coating system, imported from England with full BBA certification. This amazing system cannot be bought in the shops and requires heavy-duty specialist paint spraying equipment to install it on the walls of each house we lovingly restore. Its available in a wide range of subtle colours, but special colours can also be ordered too.

What we do……….

The first thing we do when we work on a house is to do all the repairs needed; This may entail removing hollow exterior wall render, sprayed concrete or tyrolean and replacing to match. We also do damp proofing in Spain, and any other repair work that you may need.

Remember we are also BUILDERS in Spain, with a lot of experience, so if you require additional works whilst having the exterior walls painted, such as extensions, roof repairs, concreting and soon on, we can give you a competitive quote for that also.

We then mask up all the windows and doors to protect them, including your “rejas” (Window bars) and then we apply one thorough coat of a weatherproof primer, and then we spray apply the top coat of a thick and durable exterior wall coating paint, which once done, will last for up to 15 years!

Whether you own a house in the UK or a property in Spain, from time to time, the exterior of the property needs maintenance. That maintenance may be in the form of minor jobs such as repairing a roof tile etc, or it may be a larger, and usually more expensive job, such as damp proofing, repairing flaky paint, or re-painting the exterior walls.

This can be done in English, Spanish (castellano o Valenciano) or German, although we can only take phone calls in English. We then arrange a time to visit your home if that is what you would like, and we make notes of your requirements, then we survey the house exterior, noting any points of concern or defects that may be apparent. We then calculate a price for you in writing. You are under NO OBLIGATION at any time, and the decision is entirely up to you!
