Craig and his team drove 3 hrs from Wales and still did a full day's work on day 1, they are kind courteous as they go and very thorough and hard working. Took just 3 days to transform my mum's bungalow in Axminster, and hopefully we never have to worry about the outside again. Some of the office emails telephony can be a bit hard work but the guys doing the work are almost faultless.
We are very pleased with the finished results - the house looks amazing especially when compared with its previous condition.During the project the team worked closely with us to address and resolve any issues and were professional throughout.

We have recently had our house repaired and painted by the company Never Paint Again NPAThe initial contact was with Justin who explained the process that would be followed and showed many examples of their work.It was a huge decision and investment for us and one that we considered at length before proceeding. We were not disappointed. The process from original contact to completion was seamless. Whilst there was a slight delay in the proposed starting date which was due our poor weather, I can confirm It was certainly worth the wait.The contract team of Craig Richard and Nicky were thorough throughout the total process. They were always punctual, very polite and I could tell they took extreme pride in this project. They explained what was going to happen during each day and they certainly hit their targets.Starting at 8 am they worked continuously, sometimes to 7 in the evening and always before they left cleaned up where appropriate.The final textured paint finish on our house is perfect and has completely transformed its kerb appeal.Thank you NPA and the team of Craig Richard and Nicky.I have no issue in highly recommending them.Graham
We are very pleased with the quality of work done by Craig and Richard on our house - thank you. We feel much more secure as regards keeping out the weather and are very happy with the finish. Richard and Craig were thorough and conscientious in the preparation and finish, including keeping the site tidy. They put in long days and were always a pleasure to have around. Even our neighbours said they missed them when they went.
On Monday 14th August, we were very fortunate to have Craig and Richard turn up to our property to re-coat it. They had left South Wales at 5am and arrived at ours, in deep Cornwall, at approximately 08.30 They introduced themselves and immediately started work. I made them a cup of tea, but they didn't stop to drink it, just took the occasional sip and carried on. I am not kidding when I say that they did not stop until approximately 19.30, not even for a lunch break! I have never seen anyone work so hard as these 2. They left to go to their Hotel about 5 miles away, saying that they would return the next day to carry on. And so they did, at approximately 07.45 and off they went again, just work, work and more work! This was how things went until they finished our property. They were always very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. We were having the house done in split colour, pale green to the top and white on the ground level. Because of the state of our house, it was always a bit embarrassing to tell people it was ours. Not any more! It looks fantastic, and we are incredibly proud to call it ours. All down to Craig and Richard. They were meticulous with their work and, obviously, take a huge amount of pride in what they do. They are an absolute credit to the Company and I would have no hesitation at all in recommending them to anyone.
You truly get what you pay for and we couldn’t be happier. Called them, prompt visit and survey and quote. It’s not a standard house painting service, far from it!! Professional quote and survey, friendly and professional scaffolders! And then the incredible team of Keith and Matthew arrived and stayed with us ( not literally ! ) for about a week and did the most amazing and professional job! It took them a full day just to wrap up the house to keep everything clean and safe!! There is no where else that would do that so we knew straight away that we had made the right decision to make the investment we did. So happy with the end result and would recommend to everyone!!
