We repair, weatherproof and paint the exteriors of buildings in all areas of the Costa Del Sol, Gibraltar, Andalusia and the campo areas in between.

That really depends on the size of your house, and the current condition it is in. For example a small town house may take only a few days, but painting a large villa may take a couple of weeks. In addition if your house needs repairs, such as damp proofing, repairs to render, cracks etc, this will lengthen the time we are on site.

Spray wall coating a house therefore does take a little longer than painting it by brush, but in having the system applied, you get a lot more for your money.

Most of the time it takes to complete work on a house exterior is related to the preparation work. We would allow approximately one week for job. The property is left in pristine condition when we leave, and all waste is removed from the site.

Your installation team foreman will be n hand to update you as to progress on a daily basis.

Masonry paint, especially in the Spanish heat, will usually last a year or two at best. Our wall coating is high durable and will last around 20 years, representing a significant saving of money over time. Unlike paint, or wall coating system is guaranteed to not fade, crack, chip or peel, plus it stops damp getting into the home too. The wall coating is also fully breathable, allowing the natural movement, expansion and contraction of building materials.

The concept is simple: As our wall coatings are custom made for each individual home we cannot show them off in a store or showroom so we use the outside of your house as an advert, by showing people around so they can see for themselves the high quality work on offer.

Our agent would be on site to show people around and to explain the process. Potential customers will not turn up without a pre arranged appointment.

You would receive a cash award for any person invited to the show home Open Day who agrees to have the NPA system for their property, or afterwards through natural recommendation also.

So if you have an active social life, recommending us could see you recoup the cost of the work over time.

Our most commonly asked question: It depends on the size and condition of your property. Get in touch with us, and if you email photos, we can often give a rough estimate over the phone without having to come and see you.

We accept both Pounds Sterling, and Euros. Payments can be made by card, or bank transfer.

We cover all of the costa del sol, including coastal areas, campo areas, and inland too. We also cover the British colony of Gibraltar, and surrounding areas.

If your main residence is in the UK, we cover England and Wales too.

We take each house on its own merit, no 2 jobs are the same, although as a general rules, we do powerwashing, old paint removal, mould treatments, crack repair, damp proofing and rendering, before we spray apply our wall coating system.

No not at all, if the property is a holiday home, for example, and you will not be there when work starts, that is fine, we do not need access to the inside of the house, only the outside.
